Introduction
This five-day course teaches how to turn data into clear decisions. You will learn to frame business questions, prepare and analyze relevant data, and present recommendations that stakeholders can act on. The focus is on practical methods you can apply to real problems: measurement, basic modeling, uncertainty, and communication. Sessions combine short lectures, hands-on exercises, and case work drawn from common business contexts.
